"Agh! Help, no!" shouts the man as his skin begins to ripple, shining taut and tight. He grabs fistfuls of leaves and twigs and screams in agony as his right-hand side rapidly emaciates and grows thin. At the same moment, his left leg and arm swell, crack, and grow, veins bulging and skin bruising like spilt paint.
It's as if his whole body is being squeezed by some invisible giant, pushing all the fluids around his body like a balloon waiting to pop.
Razor-sharp claws push his fingernails out of their beds, and he looks at you with tears streaming down his face. The pressure pops his left eyeball clean from its socket, his other eye swollen shut from the transformation. His new found snout snarls into a grin of ugly teeth, and you draw your sword.
