These miniatures are in 28mm scale they have been designed by David Sheff Models. They are compatible with Cyber punk, Judge Dredd, Stargrave and many others.

They come in ABS like resin.
 
Please note 3D printer resin is not like the resin used to make injection molded miniatures it is denser and there for can be a little more brittle.
